Polaris P

The Polaris P pneumatic linear filling machine is designed for the automatic filling of various containers, especially of larger volumes, e.g. 5 l and 10 l cans, with liquid products (oil, spirits, syrup, shampoo, detergents, motor oil, and food, cosmetic and chemical products).

The filling system is volumetric and the machine has a pneumatic drive. In accordance with the required output, the machine can be equipped with 2, 4, 6 and 9 filling cylinders.

The volume is easily adjustable using a central hand-wheel. The machine can be equipped with filling cylinders of various volumes in accordance with the required dose. To fill larger volumes a multiple dose can be set. The machine can be supplied in explosion proof execution as well.

The machine could be equipped with the pneumatic system of closing of the nozzles and system of "bottom-up filling" (rise while fill nozzles), which protects the filled liquid against foaming.

An automatic volume adjustment by means of servomotor and LCD display can be added as an option.
