Sigma
The SIGMA automatic machine is designed for filling and closing of metal (aluminium) - version Sigma K, plastic and laminated tubes - version Sigma P. Closing of the metal tubes is done by folding and closing the plastic and laminated tubes by sealing, using pressurized hot air. The machine is suitable especially for the foodstuff and cosmetic industries.
The machine can be used for filling the tubes with liquid, cream or paste products, by means of a volumetric system.
The machine is equipped with automatic tubes magazine with a moving arm, which places the tubes into the indexing table. Once the tube is placed into indexing table, it is transferred to the positioning station, where the tube is oriented according to the photocell spot.
For plastic and laminated tubes the machine is equipped with a cutting unit, which guarantees the perfect design of the seal. Closing jaws are equipped with exchangeable characters to mark the code, batch and date, on a weld.
The universal machine for both plastic and metal tubes is available also - version Sigma PK. Sigma for metal tubes in explosion proof execution is also produced (e.g. for filling with glue).
Machine can be optionally equipped by touch- sreen display which allows operator to use different usefull function and parameters.
Main advantege of the machine is that it can be very easily changed over from one version to another to use different tube material. Also changing of tube format is very easy and quick.
Machine is easy for cleaning too.
