Sirius
The SIRIUS tube filling and closing machine is designed for filling and closing of metal (Sirius K), plastic and laminate tubes (Sirius P). It is suitable especially for foodstuff and cosmetic industry.
Machine can be used for filling of liquid, creamy or paste products by means of a volumetric dosing system.
Tubes are orientated and inserted into the rotary table by the operator. Optionally machine can beequiped by automatic tube orientating device by means of a photocell. Filling and closing of machine is done automatically.
Filling cycle is started by the operator using the foot pedal.Automatic system is equipped with tubes store
and orientating device by means of a photocell.Closing jaws are equipped with exchange coins to mark a code or a date in a weld.
Machine can be equiped with a stainless steel product funnel with cover.
